Role Purpose
The HSE, Security & Crisis Management Manager is a client-facing leadership role responsible for delivering integrated HSE, security, and crisis management solutions across events, projects, and client operations. The role combines advisory, operational delivery, and commercial oversight, with full accountability for project execution, client satisfaction, and P&L performance. The incumbent will play a key role in positioning the company as a trusted partner for safety, risk, and security advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Engagement
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HSE, security, and crisis management requirements
· Translate client briefs into practical, compliant, and commercially viable solutions
· Lead client engagements including risk assessments, planning sessions, and solution presentations
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and business growth
Event & Project HSE Planning
· Develop and implement Event Safety Plans (ESP), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS)
· Conduct site inspections and ensure operational readiness
· Oversee HSE compliance during live events and project execution
· Ensure alignment with UAE and KSA regulatory and authority requirements
Crisis Management & Emergency Preparedness
· Design and implement Crisis Management Frameworks and Emergency Response Plans (ERP)
· Lead scenario planning, drills, and simulation exercises
· Act as the primary escalation point during incidents and crisis situations
Security Advisory & Operations
· Advise clients on security strategy, crowd management, and access control planning
· Evaluate and recommend security vendors, deployment models, and technologies
· Review and validate security plans across projects and events
ISO Certification & Compliance Support
· Support clients in achieving and maintaining ISO certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, etc.)
· Conduct gap assessments and prepare documentation for audit readiness
· Liaise with certification bodies and support successful audit outcomes
Commercial & P&L Oversight
· Own and manage the P&L for assigned projects and service lines
· Partner with the Finance Business Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
· Ensure cost control and profitability while maintaining delivery standards
· Support pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and proposal development
Business Development Support
· Contribute to client proposals, pitches, and solution design
· Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
· Support positioning of the company as a premium advisory provider
Team Leadership & Delivery
· Lead and deploy project-based teams across multiple engagements
· Ensure consistency in delivery standards, tools, and methodologies
· Mentor and develop team capability across HSE, security, and crisis management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Project profitability and margin achievement
· Client satisfaction and retention
· Revenue growth across assigned accounts
· Successful delivery of projects (quality, timeline, compliance)
· Zero major incidents across managed engagements
· ISO certification success rates for clients
· Team utilization and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
· NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory)
· ISO Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
· 10+ years of experience in HSE, security operations, or risk advisory roles
· Proven experience in client-facing, project-based environments (events, construction, security)
· Demonstrated exposure to commercial management and P&L ownership
· Strong knowledge of UAE and/or KSA regulatory frameworks
