HSE Officer

Role Purpose

To develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental

systems, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a

culture of safety and sustainability across the group’s logistics and

manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and systems in

compliance with national regulations and group standards.

 Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across

warehouses, transport operations, and manufacturing facilities.

 Drive awareness, training, and behavioral safety programs among staff

and contractors.

 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; recommend

corrective and preventive actions.

 Ensure environmental management in areas like waste disposal,

emissions, energy, and plastic usage/recycling.

 Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe

equipment and facility conditions.

 Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation for audits and

certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).
