Job Description:

We are hiring a qualified and proactive HSE Engineer to join our team for an upcoming warehouse project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within the UAE construction sector, especially on industrial or warehouse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Enforce safe work practices and promote a culture of safety across all site activities.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to workers and staff.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authority representatives to ensure HSE compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, safety meetings, and incident reports.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HSE experience in UAE construction projects.
• Prior experience on warehouse or industrial projects is mandatory.
• Must have worked with engineering consultancies in the UAE.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is required.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Preference for candidates available to join within 0–15 days.
