The role of an HR Strategy and Analytics Manager centers around aligning human resources initiatives with strategic organizational goals through data-driven insights. Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR analytics software and tools necessary.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
