As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in the administration of human resources programs and initiatives within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide HR advice and support to management and employees on policy and process matters.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure employee development and compliance.
  • Handle employee relations issues and grievances, ensuring equitable and fair resolutions.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs in alignment with company policies.
  • Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management to guide HR strategies and decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions.
  • Assist in planning and executing HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting and reviews.
  • Continuously improve HR services by staying informed of new industry trends and innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and current labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information and operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications for efficient administration.
