Job Description

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and developing an organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and policies, programs, and practices. This position involves strategic planning, providing support to HR programs and services, and addressing issues related to the workforce. An HR Manager works closely with executives, employees, department leaders, and external partners to foster a productive and efficient work environment. They ensure that all human resources functions are aligned with the company's goals and comply with local and federal employment laws. High levels of leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and hiring processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage and supervise HR staff to ensure efficient HR operations and support.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive employee policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through talent development and retention.
  • Monitor various HR metrics, including engagement and turnover rates.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute workforce development strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address demands and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated capability in personnel management and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other related human resources management software.
  • Ability to develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
