We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee employee benefit programs and compensation packages.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices at all times.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees' queries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Maintain and enhance employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to support the organization's needs.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning strategies.
  • Foster a healthy and engaging work environment that promotes team spirit
  • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership to recommend HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and staff management procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills required.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
  • Proficient with HR management software and familiar with payroll systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve individual and organizational performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities necessary for HR management.
