Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.

• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.

• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and respond to staff queries.

• Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably in the UAE).

• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
