Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing resources critical to the smooth functioning of our organization. This position demands a strategic thinker who can align human resource practices with business goals. You will spearhead HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, training, and development, ensuring these processes are executed efficiently and align with company standards. The HR Executive will act as a bridge between management and employees, advocating for a positive work environment and a culture of continued professional growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management with various labor laws.
  • Design and implement training and development programs for staff to enhance skills.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans that align with company compensation policies.
  • Plan and conduct employee engagement activities to foster team cooperation and morale.
  • Support organizational development efforts and create strategies for expansion and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an HR Executive or similar role in a reputable organization.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases including HR software functionalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Ability to architect strategies along with leadership skills for organizational growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws to ensure company compliance.
  • Capability in managing different HR disciplines, including staffing, benefits, and trainings.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is required.
