Job Description

The Business Development Executive is a critical role within our organization, focused on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans that align with company goals while expanding the customer base and strengthening existing partnerships. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to successfully engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize revenues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop marketing and sales documents tailored to various industry verticals.
  • Contribute to setting company sales targets and performance metrics for the business development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends affecting business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
