Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in the strategic planning and management of the human resources function within the organization. You will be tasked with ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and support the company’s objectives by managing recruitment, staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. You'll work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Your position will also require you to stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to implement innovative solutions in talent management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures to adhere to labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer performance management systems and initiatives to enhance employee productivity.
  • Design training and development programs to promote career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with high confidentiality.
  • Advise management on HR practices conducive to achieving business objectives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture conducive to increased employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex HR issues effectively.
