Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This pivotal role involves supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department, extending to facilitating a variety of HR activities spanning recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Your goal will be to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, and talent management. We are looking for a passionate HR Executive who can handle the complexities of people management and bridge the gap between the organization and the workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Facilitate employee development initiatives, including training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and facilitating a positive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of the organization's performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Create and update job descriptions and role requirements for various positions within the company.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans to motivate employees.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Support management in developing and implementing effective organizational structures and change initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment and promote diversity within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role within a corporate structure.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, labor law, and employment equity regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve employee satisfaction and enhance organizational performance.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and present information precisely.
