Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources functions within our organization. This position requires you to work closely with various departments, providing guidance and support in aligning HR best practices with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, facilitating development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and training sessions for new hires.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and practices.
  • Create and implement performance management systems aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts when necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with departments to identify and implement employee development programs.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee morale and workplace efficiency.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration processes as needed.
  • Compile HR metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working in an HR role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse workplace interactions.
  • Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
