As a Junior Maintenance Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations within our organization. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring work is directed appropriately, and resources are utilized efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in the procurement of maintenance materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems for tracking and planning purposes.
  • Provide support in budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safe work practices.
  • Assist in the analysis of maintenance data for performance improvements.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors to provide updates on maintenance progress.
  • Schedule and organize meetings for the review of maintenance issues and solutions.
  • Aid in the development of long-term maintenance strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or planning role is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance processes and safety regulations.
