Job Description

The HR Assistant for our dynamic organization will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resource needs of the company. This includes assisting in recruitment processes, handling employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager to foster a positive work environment and assist in the implementation of HR-related initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates about their application status.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and prepare onboarding materials.
  • Provide support in preparing and processing payroll information accurately and timely.
  • Assist HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing appropriate assistance.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Help facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost workplace morale.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations are consistently maintained.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management's review and decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects and support organizational change initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an HR assistant or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
