About The Job HR Advisor (Temporary Cover)

The partner of choice for international school brands, Bloom Education has been entrusted to deliver and sustain the highest international standards locally and has been selected by Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) to operate the Abu Dhabi Charter Schools program. Bloom Education has been chosen by Emirates Schools Establishment (ESE) to operate schools in the Northern Emirates, as part of the Ajyal (new generation) school initiative.

Bloom Education is seeking a temporary HR Operations & Employee Relations Advisor for a 10-month contract to support our growing team. This Dubai-based role is open only to candidates residing in Dubai with a valid UAE visa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and align HR documentation with daily operations.
  • Monitor monthly time and attendance records across the schools.
  • Collect and verify employee documents for reimbursements and submissions.
  • Manage employee welfare issues, escalating when needed.
  • Support HR policy implementation across schools.
  • Ensure timely visa and labor permit renewals to avoid fines.
  • Lead onboarding sessions covering policies, training, and departmental introductions.
  • Manage offboarding: clearances, exit interviews, and end-of-service data for payroll.
  • Oversee allocation and documentation of company accommodation for staff.
  • Handle staff complaints, grievances, and exit interviews confidentially and professionally.
  • Share excellent work relations with Principals and staff.
  • Maintain accurate employee records updating personal data, positions, salary, appraisals, leave, and training.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years HR experience (school-based HR background is preferred).
  • Proactive, organized, and confident working independently across 2 Dubai school sites.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR operational procedures.
  • Ability to manage diverse priorities and collaborate with school leadership and central teams.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
