The role of the HR Administrator (04F25) is a critical position within the human resources department, tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes and programs. This position is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who is passionate about playing a vital role in managing the lifecycle of employees from recruitment to retirement. The HR Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for employees and liaise with various departments to ensure that all HR operations are performed efficiently and conform to established policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of HR software and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all personnel-related matters. Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee recruitment process including job postings and screening.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assistance in payroll preparation by providing relevant data and information.
  • Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts, letters, and policies.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees to provide them HR guidelines.
  • Assist in resolving employee queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Support performance management processes and record employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies consistently.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures revisions.
  • Coordinate and plan training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff.
  • Help implement HR initiatives and systems to enhance departmental operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in using HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
