The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and completion of assignments.
• Ensure rooms are released on time and communicate room status with Front Office.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and room defects.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, guest amenities, and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Train, coach, and support team members in maintaining service and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies.
• Assist the Housekeeping management team with daily operations and departmental requirements.
  
  

• Previous experience in Housekeeping within a hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive, hands-on, and guest-focused attitude.
