• Supporting the overall Housekeeping operation and ensuring our guest rooms, public areas and facilities consistently meet our luxury standards.
• Leading, motivating and developing the Housekeeping team through regular training, coaching and performance management.
• Managing daily room and public area allocations, inspections and task lists to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
• Planning team schedules and rosters in line with occupancy levels and operational requirements.
• Overseeing housekeeping standards across bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, linen and cleaning services.
• Supporting and overseeing laundry operations while ensuring appropriate linen standards and controls are maintained.
• Coordinating special projects including deep cleaning, carpet and window cleaning, pest control and room inventories.
• Maintaining effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Ensuring effective shift handovers and maintaining strong knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Promoting high standards of colleague appearance, hygiene, conduct, safety and responsible business practices.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury hotel or resort, ideally in a large-scale operation.
• Strong knowledge of rooms, public areas, laundry, linen management and luxury housekeeping standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and drive performance across a diverse team.
• Good understanding of workforce planning, productivity, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills; fluent English is required.
