The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.

Role Purpose

The Head of AI & BI will lead The Arts Club Dubai’s transformation into a data driven and intelligent organization. This role will design and execute a holistic AI and analytics strategy that elevates operational performance, optimizes financial systems, and redefines the member experience through technology.

The successful candidate will integrate business operations, data systems, and emerging technologies ensuring that every aspect of the Club’s operations (CRM, finance, membership, F&B, events, and guest experience) runs efficiently, intelligently, and seamlessly.

The position bridges strategic business planning and technical execution empowering TACD to deliver a digitally enabled, world-class member experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement AI, Business Operations & Technology strategy, aligning with the organization’s growth and member experience keeping in mind the corporate and financial goals.
  • Partner with the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders to identify business challenges that can be solved through AI driven insights and automation.
  • Establish a data first culture, embedding intelligence and analytics into daily decision making across departments.
  • Drive innovation initiatives from workflow redesign to adoption of intelligent systems and process reengineering

Data Infrastructure & Systems Integration

  • Lead the modernization of the Club’s data ecosystem, integrating CRM (Salesforce), ERP, HR, Symphony, Telephone etc and financial systems into a centralized data platform.
  • Oversee the design, collection, storage, and visualization of high-quality data through robust architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Implement real time dashboards and reporting systems that deliver actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.
  • Evaluate and implement modern platforms (e.g., cloud ERP, POS, CRM, and member apps).
  • Establish robust cybersecurity, data governance, and IT compliance frameworks.

AI, Automation & Advanced Analytics

  • Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive models to forecast member engagement, revenue, and operational performance.
  • Embed AI capabilities across key areas such as:
    • Member personalization and recommendation systems
    • Demand and capacity forecasting
    • Automated reporting and financial optimization
    • Service efficiency and digital experience enhancement
  • Evaluate and implement cutting edge tools within Salesforce AI, Azure AI, or Google AI environments to enable intelligent workflows.
  • Introduce innovation programs — pilot emerging tech such as IoT, predictive analytics, and digital twin models for member experience and facilities.
Marketing & Communications

  • Define and implement an AI marketing strategy aligned with brand and membership growth goals.
  • Integrate data and AI across all marketing touchpoints — from CRM and email automation to social media, content, and digital campaigns
  • Build AI systems that personalize communication, offers, and content based on member profiles, preferences, and behaviour.
  • Design and deploy recommendation engines for events, dining, and experiences.
  • Enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM intelligence layers using machine learning and NLP (natural language processing).
  • Integrate AI chat and concierge tools to enhance member communications and digital engagement.
  • Use AI to automate and optimize campaign management, including segmentation, timing, and channel mix.
  • Implement language and image generation tools for marketing assets, event communications, and personalized messaging.
  • Establish brand-safe generative AI guidelines for the marketing team.
  • Analyse member sentiment, feedback, and social engagement using AI-powered listening tools

Business Insights & Decision Support

  • Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead the design and monitoring of KPIs for membership, finance, F&B, team and event performance.
  • Provide analytical leadership for performance tracking, strategic planning, and innovation initiatives.

Innovation & Change Leadership

  • Act as a change catalyst for AI driven transformation across the organization.
  • Foster data literacy and innovation culture through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to maintain leadership in luxury hospitality intelligence.

Essential

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data strategy, digital transformation, or AI implementation, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or membership-based organizations.
  • Proven success in designing and leading enterprise-wide data or AI transformations.
  • Advanced proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce CRM and financial systems through API or middleware platforms.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud systems, enterprise architecture, and automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning platforms (Azure AI, Google AI, Einstein Analytics, BOLT as an AI Chat / Communication Framework).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Master’s degree in AI, Data Analytics, or MBA.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM optimization and member experience automation.
  • Deep knowledge of data engineering, predictive analytics, and process automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and API based integrations.
  • Exposure to AI-driven operations, data analytics, or digital twin models.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional transformation projects in multi-site or hospitality-based environments
