Our Growth (Sales & Marketing) function drives how we scale these offerings. We build demand through insight‑led campaigns, standout events, and thoughtful content, while keeping our data organised and our tech stack working hard.
As a Marketing Executive, you will help plan and execute integrated campaigns, power the digital engine behind our events, keep our automations and reporting sharp, and partner closely with Sales to turn interest into measurable pipeline. Your work will help the team move fast, learn continuously, and scale what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing plan execution: Help deliver our integrated marketing plan to drive qualified leads, engagement, and trust within our target market, ensuring seamless coordination across Instant Impact, Impact Transformation, and Impact X brands.
- Event management and coordination: Support the digital delivery of our event programme, including email automation, registration automations, lead capture, and post‑event follow‑up so events contribute effectively to pipeline generation.
- Campaign execution: Work with the team to deliver and optimise digital campaigns across email, paid media, and partnerships, ensuring accurate tracking and measurement across all touchpoints.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with the Senior Marketing Executive, Sales, and Leadership to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales processes and pipeline objectives.
- Revenue operations alignment: Support the integration of marketing and sales systems so data flows seamlessly between platforms such as HubSpot, Clay, and analytics tools.
- Collaboration and enablement: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to break down silos. Develop and deliver training on tools, workflows, and processes to empower revenue teams and improve operational consistency.
- Marketing technology and automation: Own the set‑up, execution, and optimisation of marketing automations, workflows, and nurture programmes within our martech stack (HubSpot or similar) and sales enrichment tools such as Clay. Experience with Zapier is an advantage.
- Data analysis and reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Website management: Keep website content accurate, relevant, and optimised for lead generation and SEO. Support ongoing enhancements and tracking to improve performance.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, data accuracy, and lead management processes, working closely with Marketing and Sales Operations.

The ideal profile for this role has:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role (experience in a B2B services environment is preferable)
- Previously worked with marketing automation software such as HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp, etc.), sales enrichment software such as Clay, and other automation tools such as Zapier
- An effective communicator and a collaborative team player – we like to win together
- Keen to learn new things and continually develop and grow
- An analytical approach – comfortable with numbers, asks “why,” and drives efficiencies
- Autonomous – able to manage own workload with strong project management
- Good attention to detail
