Job Description
- Own and evolve product strategy across consumer and merchant offerings
- Lead squads across App, CVM, Payments, B2B, Insurance and Embedded Finance
- Develop fintech-as-a-service models via APIs, SDKs and embedded tools
- Drive international rollout and localisation across diverse markets
- Define and track KPIs including downloads, revenue and user engagement
- Advise senior leadership and build strategic external partnerships
- Build and mentor a multi-country product team across key markets
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years in fintech or financial services product leadership
- Proven success launching and scaling fintech products across domains
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Deep knowledge of fintech technologies and product lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
This is a high-impact leadership role offering full ownership of a diverse fintech product portfolio.
Youll work closely with the CEO, shaping strategy and driving innovation at executive level.
The role gives you the opportunity to lead international teams across key growth markets.
