Job Description
The Head of Marketing UAE is responsible for leading and managing all marketing activities in the United Arab Emirates. They will develop marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The Head of Marketing UAE will also manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive brand awareness and increase market share through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
