Job Description

The Head of Manufacturing plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing operations within an organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proven experience with leading and managing large-scale production teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.
  • Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with different departments effectively.
