Job Description
- Build and lead the Data, AI, Intelligent Automation and Analytics practice, establishing it as a market-leading capability.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and accelerate the execution of ongoing transformation initiatives.
- Develop innovative AI solutions and services for external clients across multiple industries.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and create adoption roadmaps.
- Grow and commercialise the function, building high-performing teams, capabilities and client relationships.
- Senior leader with significant experience in Data, AI, Analytics and Digital Transformation.
- A proven track record of leading large-scale technology or transformation programmes.
- Strong blend of strategic thinking, operational delivery and commercial acumen.
- Experience building, scaling or transforming a Data & AI function rather than solely managing an established team.
- Background gained within consulting, technology services, large enterprises or complex transformation environments.
- Exposure to large-scale, high-profile transformation programmes with significant regional impact.
