Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals.

• Lead group fitness classes to boost engagement and attract new members.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and integrate them into training programs.
• Provide emergency first aid and CPR if necessary during gym sessions.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all gym members.
• Collaborate with other fitness staff to organize community health and fitness events.

Requirements

• Certification as a fitness trainer from a recognized organization is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years experience working as a gym instructor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and body mechanics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate diverse groups.
• CPR and First Aid certification must be current and maintained throughout employment.
• Passion for fitness and genuine interest in helping others reach their goals.
• Flexible with work hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
