Profile Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize innovative paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to PPC, paid social, display, and content promotion.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends that can enhance our brands visibility and SOV.
  • Manage and monitor paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources to achieve optimal campaign performance.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our paid media strategies.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling copies and creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of paid media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and present campaign performance reports to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Essential - Education, Knowledge/Skills & Attitude:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • With 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar setting (Tech, E-Commerce, etc.)
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and creatives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners like Adjust and AppsFlyer.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
