With a keen focus on category leadership, we leverage innovative strategies to forge robust supplier relationships and ensure a seamless balance between supply and demand. Join us as we cultivate a fruitfully efficient ecosystem that not only delivers results but also sets the standard for industry excellence.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth & Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) execution for new and existing products and drive measurable user growth through performance marketing tactics. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue — ideal for someone who thrives on testing hypotheses, owning KPIs, and translating product vision into user acquisition and retention campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for launching new features and solutions into the market, defining customer segmentation, developing acquisition playbooks, and scaling product adoption across multiple buyer personas.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Own GTM plans for new product launches and major feature rollouts (POS, SaaS tools, Fintech solutions).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to align market timing, messaging, and enablement.
  • Define ICPs, buyer journeys, and positioning frameworks for each product line.
  • Build sales enablement kits: one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, case studies.

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and retention — using MENA-specific and product-driven audience targeting.
  • Build landing pages, nurture flows, and retargeting sequences to drive conversions and product engagement.
  • Test and scale acquisition experiments through A/B testing and rapid iterations.

Product & Customer Insights

  • Run competitive analysis and market scans to refine positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Lead user research and feedback loops to uncover friction points and growth opportunities.
  • Use tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics to monitor funnel health and user behavior.

Tooling & Marketing Infrastructure

  • Build, segment, and activate audiences using CRM and automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Create dashboards and attribution models to track campaign and GTM effectiveness.
  • Partner with content, design, and development teams to bring campaign ideas to life.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align closely with sales and CS teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and post-acquisition adoption.
  • Feed market learnings into product development cycles and feature prioritization.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years in B2B growth, product marketing, or performance marketing roles.
  • Experience working on GTMs for SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of paid media metrics, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Segment.
  • Experience building GTM plans from scratch and iterating them over time.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC B2B landscape and customer behavior.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in F&B, HORECA, or logistics tech sectors.
  • Arabic language proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Mixpanel, or GA4 for advanced analytics.
  • Background in UX/CX optimization and lifecycle marketing (retention-focused).
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Webflow, Unbounce, Zapier.

You’ll Love This Role If You:

  • Enjoy wearing multiple hats and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
  • Think like a growth hacker but execute like a strategist.
  • Are energized by launching things from zero and scaling them to one.
  • Are fluent in both performance metrics and brand storytelling.
  • Value being part of something that reshapes how a major industry operates.
