The Growth Analyst will be a part of the Growth team, reporting to the Lead UX Architect. The primary responsibility of the Growth Analyst lies within the loyalty program, playing a crucial role in supporting both the product and analysis

aspects of the program.

What you will be doing?

• Analyze user data and identify opportunities for improvement within the loyalty program.
• Develop and propose data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and new features.
• Write clear and concise product requirements documents.
• Collaborate closely with the Technology team during the development and testing phases.
• Analyze data to measure the performance of the loyalty program and identify areas for optimization.
• Generate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Track key metrics and KPIs to ensure the programs success.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
• Strong product management skillsets with experience in defining, launching, and iterating on product features.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 3+ years in an analytical position
• Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Solid experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Proficient in SQL, Python preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
