To manage global People data, define and manage the structure, nomenclature and definitions, collect and check data from all entities and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. To lead global People data analytics, define, develop and manage access to PowerBi dashboards. To review People policies and processes, propose improvements, follow up implementation and issue reports/dashboards on DPW people, People department, and productivity projects.
Key Accountabilities
Collect and check People data from all BUs to ensure accuracy and consistency according to global standards
Develop and communicate reports and PowerBi dashboards
Conduct advanced data analytics (trends, benchmarks, predictive) to support workforce planning
Set and maintain global standards related to Enterprise and People data structure in HR systems
Review and improve Group People department’s policies, procedures and processes
Prepare documents,reports and presentations as needed (for meetings, guidelines and procedures, testing, training, FAQs, etc.)
Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive
Always maintain the highest level of professional ethics, and ensure data security and confidentiality is guaranteed in all activities, in compliance with internal policies and all applicable data protection regulations and standards
Directly supervise People data analysts working from our Global Shared Services in India
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Human Resource management or Data Science
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Data analytics, Project Management and in a similar supervisory position
Analytical skills, structured and organized, with a great sense of attention for details
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
Highest level of ethics, proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential data, good understanding of data protection regulations and standards
Excellent writing skills in English language
Required competencies: Customer Service Orientation, Achievement Orientation, Concern for quality and attention to details, Organization, Teamwork and cooperation
