Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage budgets for all group-level marketing activities in the F&B division.

  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance consumer interaction and brand visibility.
  • Ensure all marketing material and activities adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop plans to improve team skills and proficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B sector.
  • Proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets and achieving results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated leadership capacity.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
