Our Client
A high growth technology business in the region have an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Finance to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO to shape the group’s financial strategy and organizational design.
- Lead the finance function for multiple entities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, IFRS/US GAAP compliance, and strong internal controls.
- Ensure tax compliance with local & international regulations.
- Lead the Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation and drive automation of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Provide commercial finance support, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and strategic business case reviews.
- Support investment decisions, M&A initiatives, or IPO readiness where required.
- Fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA)
- 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, spanning both accounting and commercial finance.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation, ideally Oracle NetSuite (SAP S/4HANA is a plus).
