Graphic Designer @ ESM Dubai

ESM is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for supporting all departments by visually representing ESM and affiliated brands in a professional, engaging, and on-brand manner across both digital and print platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life while maintaining consistency across multiple brands and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

• Create artwork for flyers, posters, brochures, banners, presentations, newsletters, emailers, social media, and websites.
• Develop visuals from concept to execution based on briefs.
• Deliver high-quality designs while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Prepare designs for print and digital deployment.
• Liaise with print vendors for costing, production, and quality checks, if required.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  
  
  

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and After Effects is an advantage.
• Excellent visual, layout, and typography skills.
• Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of print production and attention to detail.
• Photography and illustration skills are a plus.
