Graduate Trainee - Performance Management Analyst UAE Nationals

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance reporting and incentive calculations for Retail Banking Sales, IIS and Call Center channels.
• Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to identify actionable insights and provide recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards and business performance packs for Sales, Business Planning and Product Management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare, monitor and calibrate incentive budgets and plans for relevant channels and segments in line with the bank’s objectives.
• Implement and maintain robust controls and processes aligned with Audit requirements for incentive computation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, Finance, HR, Audit and IT to support governance and informed decision-making.
• Support digitization and automation of manual dashboards and incentive reporting using tools such as SAS and Power BI.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting or Economics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using SQL, SAS or similar analytical/database tools.
• Exposure to visual dashboarding tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business problems and provide simple, practical solutions.
