Global Mobility Operations Specialist EMEA

TikTok / Bytedance is looking for a Global Mobility Operations Specialist to join the EMEA Destination Services team. You’ll help deliver seamless relocation and assignment support for employees moving across borders — keeping things organised behind the scenes and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

This is a fast-paced and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a background in HR operations, global mobility, or high-volume employee services in an international setting.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and tracking relocation cases, ensuring everything stays on schedule
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees and vendors, escalating complex issues when needed
• Monitoring vendor service quality and maintaining proper records
• Drafting and updating Destination Service Guides for EMEA locations
• Working closely with HR, Payroll, and internal teams to keep information accurate and processes running smoothly
• Supporting your team lead with daily work and ad hoc projects

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years in HR coordination, operations, or global mobility, ideally in a multinational or tech environment
• Fluent English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset, able to manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with global mobility processes is a plus.
