Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed sales reports to monitor department performance and set future objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in a sales management role within the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with an ability to motivate staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Adept at problem-solving with strong organizational and time-management skills.
