Job Description

As a Furniture Sales Manager, you will helm the sales operations of our furniture department. You will be responsible for enhancing sales performance, driving customer engagement, and fostering a knowledgeable and cohesive sales team. Your strategic vision will lead to the development and implementation of sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding our market share. You'll work closely with our marketing and production teams to align sales goals with our company's broader objectives. A successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the furniture sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Analyze sales data to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance performance and retention.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Organize and supervise promotional events and showroom displays.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for upper management review.
  • Implement and monitor effective pricing strategies to remain competitive.
  • Ensure that sales operations comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle returns in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the furniture industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed sales decisions promptly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the furniture market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
