Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Insurance or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in motor claims handling or insurance field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate claim assessment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using claims processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices is essential.
