Your day to day

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out
• Escort guests to rooms and provide personalized room orientation
• Handle unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and shoe polishing
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests
• Coordinate with departments for smooth guest experience
• Serve in-room dining, beverages, and arrange private setups
• Ensure rooms are clean, well-stocked, and tailored to guest preferences
• Maintain butler pantry inventory and amenities
• Collect and update guest preferences for future stays
• Upsell hotel services and enhance guest satisfaction
  
  

What We Need From You

• 1-2 years experience in a similar luxury hospitality role
• Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Excellent communication, etiquette, and service skills
• Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
• High attention to detail, discretion, and guest care
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
