We are looking for an Operations Manager who willorchestrate sales operations, business processes, and PL performanceby driving financial discipline, optimizing operational cadence, and ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, finance, and logistics teams to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.

What You Will Be Driving

  • PL Management Financial Objectives:Enablethe sales PL specifically in forecasting – Rev, GP and outlook for the quarter and year,collaborate with Finance to developannual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial models aligned with business;track and report on key financial metric, identify risks/opportunities to PL performance and drive corrective actions.
  • Target Setting Performance Management:Design and implementdata-driven sales targets(quotas, territories, incentives) balancing growth ambitions with operational feasibility, establish KPIs to measure sales productivity (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline health, win/loss analysis), run weekly/monthlyperformance dashboardshighlighting gaps vs. targets and recommending interventions.
  • Business Operations Cadence:Design and leadthe operational cadence (e.g., QBRs, monthly business reviews, forecast calls) to ensure accountability and agility,Implement standardized processes for pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting,Optimize sales tools/tech stack (CRM, BI tools) to automate reporting and enhance decision-making.
  • Metrics-Driven Execution:Define and monitorcritical business metrics(e.g., revenue growth, sales efficiency, customer acquisition cost), Conduct root-cause analysis on performance deviations and prescribe data-backed solutions, andensure data integrity across sales systems for reliable reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner withLogistics/Supply Chainto align sales forecasts with inventory planning, delivery timelines, andlast-mile execution,Work with Marketing on lead flow, campaign ROI, and demand generation alignment, andSupport Sales Leadership with insights to refine GTM strategy and resource allocation.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • 5–7+ years insales operations,business operations, orfinance operations, withPL ownership.
  • Proven success in designing sales targets, forecasting models, and operational cadences.
  • Experience collaborating with logistics/supply chain teams (e.g., order fulfillment, delivery SLAs).
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Financial Acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and PL optimization.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Process Optimization: Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Cross-functional influence without direct authority.
  • Communication: Executive-level storytelling with data.
