We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Head of Secondary to join the Senior Management Team at our new campus, starting in April 2026 (or earlier, if available). This is a unique opportunity to shape the Secondary School from its inception and make a lasting impact on students, staff, and the wider community.

About The Role

The Head of Secondary will be responsible for establishing and leading the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. You will work closely with the Principal and leadership team to ensure the delivery of a holistic, inquiry-based curriculum that equips students with the skills, values, and resilience to thrive as global citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of the IB MYP and DP across the Secondary School.
• Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of educators.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
• Ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and pastoral care.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the strategic growth and vision of the school.
  
  

• A Bachelor’s Honours Degree (minimum requirement).
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international or IB school setting.
• Proven expertise in the IB MYP and DP frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
