We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Head of Primary to join the Senior Management Team at our new campus, starting in April 2026 (or earlier, if available). This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a new school and make a lasting impact on students, staff, and the wider community.

About The Role

The Head of Primary will be responsible for establishing and leading the Primary Years Programme (PYP), fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. You will work closely with the Principal and leadership team to ensure the delivery of a holistic, inquiry-based curriculum that empowers students to become confident, compassionate, and capable global citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the IB PYP across the Primary school
• Build and inspire a high-performing team of educators
• Promote a positive, inclusive and student-centered learning environment
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the strategic vision of the school
  
  

• A Bachelor’s Honours Degree (minimum requirement)
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international or IB school setting
• Proven expertise in the IB PYP framework and philosophy
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
