Forklift Operator

Noorka Logistics is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and logistics team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can safely operate forklifts, handle inventory efficiently, and support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods while maintaining high standards of workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack goods safely and efficiently.
• Move pallets, materials, and shipments to designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect forklifts before and after each shift to ensure safe operating conditions.
• Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching warehouse inventory.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
• Support inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
• Follow company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and UAE workplace regulations.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from potential hazards.
• Assist warehouse staff with general logistics and material handling duties when required.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE Forklift Operator License or Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
