The Food & Beverage Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue and enhancing the market presence of a hospitality establishment's food and beverage segment. This role entails identifying new sales opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and developing strategic sales plans. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase food and beverage sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with industry stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain records of client interactions.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
