We have an exciting opportunity for you as Food & Beverage Intern to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Food & Beverage Intern you are responsible to assist in maintaining a smooth operation within the Food & Beverage Department by supporting the team with daily restaurant and service operations and ensuring guests receive a professional and welcoming dining experience, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Provide general support to the Food & Beverage team
• Assist with restaurant, bar and banquet service operations
• Assist with setting up tables and preparing service areas
• Welcome guests and assist with their food and beverage requirements
• Assist the team from time to time when required
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within the outlet and service areas
• Support the team in following food safety, hygiene and service standards
• Handling administration and maintaining good relationships with different departments
  
  

Ideally, you should have, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task.
