Job Description

As an FMCG Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) division. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and reinforce our position as a leader in the industry. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a dynamic sales team to ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • At least five years of experience in sales management within FMCG.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • In-depth understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data accurately and efficiently.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
