Fit-Out Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for GRC and GRG works.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with the design and site teams to ensure accuracy of estimates and actual works.
• Assist in post-tender activities such as variation orders, remeasurements, and project cost analysis.
  
  

• FEMALE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the fit-out industry, with proven expertise in GRC and GRG works.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Proficient in estimation software (Autocad, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• w/ UAE Attested Documents
• w/ UAE Equivalency Certificate but not necessary
• Experience in Quantity Take-Off, Procurement and Contracts.
• Able to do shop drawings, material submittals.
• Knowledgeable in Pre and Post Contract.
• 1-2 years GCC Experience.
