Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and internal reports monthly.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations across all operations.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and summarize financial status for senior management.
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize reporting.
• Identify trends, advise the company on resource utilization, and innovative cost reduction opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
• Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to support long-term decision-making.
• Manage a team of accountants and review their work to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a similar industry sector.
• Strong knowledge of principles and procedures of financial recordkeeping and reporting.
• Experience in managing financial systems and accounting software with proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes including budgeting and financial closure.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• CMA or CPA certification is preferable for applicants but not mandatory.
