Key Responsibilities

• Support the efficient operation of the Finance Department by maintaining effective financial controls and ensuring departmental efficiency to support business growth.
• Proactively enhance guest satisfaction and comfort by responding promptly and positively to guest requests and needs.
• Develop and implement clear business strategies with defined objectives, measurable performance indicators, and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making and effective execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of growth, high performance, and employee engagement within the department.
• Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, monitor financial performance, and oversee the control, audit, and continuous improvement of all accounting functions.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate business performance, financial objectives, and accounting practices, providing recommendations to optimize financial results and create added value.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, due diligence requirements, and best practices. Ensure all activities are properly planned, documented, and executed to meet internal and external audit requirements, while following up on any necessary corrective actions.

• Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to provide creative solutions, along with sound advice and practical recommendations.
• High level of personal integrity and the ability to thrive in an environment where excellence, responsiveness, and energy are essential.
• Demonstrated experience using computer systems across multiple platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
