Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a dynamic professional who works on the front lines of the company, representing the brand and engaging directly with clients and potential customers. This individual plays a crucial role in driving sales and generating new business opportunities by conducting face-to-face meetings, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. A key player in achieving the company’s revenue goals, the Field Sales Executive must effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products and services while understanding the specific needs of each customer. This position requires self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about sales, and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories to increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective customers to showcase products.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by building and fostering relationships with clients.
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements to tailor product offerings and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs and ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Close sales deals successfully by negotiating terms that align with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product launches to retain market relevance.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management for strategic planning.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide effective solutions to address their concerns.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in field sales or a similar role for at least two years.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a persuasive sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking.
